Six Moon Designs Swift Backpack, Just 15 Ounces
The new Swift Pack is ultralight, strong, and flexible. It packs a lot of features into a 15-ounce package. The efficient suspension system allows the pack to comfortably carry over 30 pounds without getting in the way of the outside pockets.
The new Swift Pack is very flexible, too. At its lightest, you can use it without a hip belt at just 15 ounces. The handy, new Wing Belt features 2 pockets that each measure 5” wide by 6” tall by 2” deep giving 60 cubic inches each. You have quick access to your map, camera, GPS, snacks and other small items. This new belt is designed to comfortably transfer the weight to a wider area. The wing belt is available in medium or large waist sizes.
If you’d like a lighter belt, the Webbing Belt is a simple one inch piece of webbing that is attached in two places on each side of the pack. When connected in front, it forms a V across each hip. This configuration comfortable spreads the weight over a wide area. One size fits all hikers in this style.
If you’d like some additional support you can add an aluminum hoop stay that helps stabilize heavier loads. The stay can work in conjunction with your inflatable pad. It can easily be inserted or removed from the pack as needed.
The Swift is constructed from tough Dyneema Diamond fabric that is strong enough for off-trail use. This fabric has a secondary diamond weave of heavier thread to provided additional strength. The Swift incorporates a “No-Sweat” back panel made from Dryglide ™ fabric that wicks moisture away from your back. Three large mesh pockets give you lots of quick-access storage.

The Swift is available in two sizes. The pack volume of each size is the same. We've simply adjusted the shoulder strap placement for better fit. The chart below lists the difference in sizes.
