Water Filtration?

Postby PackPack » Fri Feb 15, 2013 6:56 pm

I am a relatively new "ultralight hiker" with base weight down to 11.5 pounds. I currently use a sawyer gravity water filtration unit. It weighs 12 ounces
I use it because it is a security blanket since my kids go with me often.should I ditch the weight and go with another solution?
AM, UV other?.

I really like the Sawyer Squeeze filter. At 3 ounces it's light, fast, and easy to use. Steve

Upon your recommendation, and other reviews, I purchased the Sawyer Squeeze. I have used it several times and am highly impressed with it. It will be my go to water filter from now on.
