Net weights are listed. For packaged weight add .6 ounce to the single serving, breakfast, and neopolitan ice cream. For final weight of the double serving meals, add .9 ounces. Single serving sizes make one 16-ounce serving. Double serving sizes make two 10-ounce servings. Double servings of chili mac with beef and spaghetti with meat sauce cost the same as single servings.
