United States Postal Service Priority Mail for quick delivery, usually
2 to 3 days. Foreign
orders are always sent by Express Mail for fast delivery (usually 3 to
5 days) and tracking. Most
Canadian orders are $29.95, and most other foreign orders are $39.95. For foreign orders, the
ordering system will automatically add $4.95 for shipping. To add the extra amounts,
